Most treatments are reviewed from your online intake. Some medications require a live video visit with the physician, which we’ll schedule with you.

There is no physician review fee. You pay only for your medication, and only if your request is approved. We send you an invoice after the physician approves it. Shipping is $25 overnight. Medications typically dispense in 3-5 business days after approval.

You are never charged unless your request is approved. If we cannot approve it, we will let you know by email and text, and there is nothing to pay.

We accept requests from all 50 states. Before the physician review, our team confirms that the treatment you requested can be prescribed by telehealth in your state. A few medications are not available in every state.
